The program has provided deep insights about POSH act which I was not well aware of before. It was really helpful.
I think the session was mandatory not just for women but also for men as well. I was partially aware about this but I got to know about many other things as well which will help me to survive in work life.
I liked the method of asking questions which the audience answered throughout the session and we were informed of many scenarios which could fall under sexual harassment but are not generally known to be so.
The facilitator had awareness of different scenarios that could arise, and was able to answer the participants.
